Last year I assessed a startup which was building a smartphone based Ai-driven diary/exercise/ medicine reminder app for seniors (over 65) and their carers. The two co-founders were 24 and 25 respectively. They had no idea that the tiny fonts on the UI might not be suitable for seniors. It made me wonder why a tech startup targeting clients over 65s cannot be started by some talented over-50s.

What am I missing here?
